1. The Initial Context Prompt Use this first to establish the "ground rules" for the AI. By uploading
your CV and the target Job Specification, you instruct the AI to strictly adhere to the text
provided, ensuring it does not infer external market trends or suggest hypothetical skills.
2. The Gap Analysis Prompt This prompt forces the AI to identify where your CV needs more
explicit language to match the job's demands. It creates a two-column table comparing the
"Required Skills" in the Job Spec against the exact evidence in your CV, and crucially, lists any
missing requirements at the bottom so you can manually provide the historical details.
3. The "Answering Every Requirement" Prompt Once the gaps are identified, use this to generate
the actual content. It will rewrite your Professional Profile and Key Achievements section to
ensure every single requirement is addressed using your career history, utilizing clear, direct
language and completely avoiding AI clichés.
4. The Formatting and Tone Check Finally, ensure the output matches your preferred style. This
final check verifies that the content maintains a measured and evidence-based tone, mapping
every "Essential" and "Desirable" criteria to your history while focusing on the practical, long-term
value you have delivered in previous senior positions.
